The cycle

Your body changes.
Timing matters.

A blood result needs context. Gini puts your cycle, symptoms and history alongside the numbers.

One month.
More than one moment.

Your hormones change across the month. Collection timing helps your clinician interpret a result in the phase it belongs to.

Gini plans two collections and keeps your symptoms alongside the lab results. Over time, that gives you more context to bring to care.

First collection

Around day 3.

An early-cycle collection, with the markers and preparation instructions listed in your app.

Second collection

Around day 21.

A later collection to add another point of context. Timing is adjusted to your cycle and clinical needs.

These are the example dates in Gini’s published protocol, not fixed instructions for every cycle. Your own collection dates are confirmed before testing.

Your cycle.
Your circumstances.

My cycle is irregular. Can I still join?

Yes. Share your cycle history during intake so the team can confirm suitability and timing before you order.

What if I’m on hormonal contraception?

Tell the team which contraception you use. It can affect hormone results and the appropriate panel or timing.

What if I don’t have periods?

Gini’s approach also considers women’s metabolic and hormonal health beyond a monthly bleed. The team will confirm an appropriate approach for your stage of life.

Is this a period-tracking app?

Gini adds bloodwork and clinical review to the information about your cycle. Your history and symptoms stay next to the numbers, ready to discuss with your doctor.
