Our mission

Healthcare is only as good as the data it's built on. For centuries we haven't had data on half the population.

Women were excluded from clinical research for most of modern medicine. The reference ranges, the trials and the protocols were built on male bodies, and women have been measured against them ever since.

We believe the way to give women better care, and better outcomes, is to start by measuring them properly. That is what Gini is built to do.

  • 4+ years

“I'm a woman and a physician, both my parents are OB/GYNs, and even I was dismissed by the healthcare system for years. I left finance for medical school to fix it. Inside, I learned the system wasn't going to fix itself. So now we're building what should have existed all along.”
